Green Tea
July is light rail and railroads with enviro emphasis with Mike. Sept Green Tea about McKinney? Susan will talk to McKinney's campaign about a possible McKinney visit. for promoting green tea, look for relevant email lists. Midwestern light railroad assoc? Tom will do a flyer and send it out for us to flyer. idea for Green Tea: Champaign County Bikes & Bike project? we will brainstorm topics on the list.
IRVDems voted down the advisory referendum. Meeting Wednesday night. Have some possible candidates for city council and city offices. D. Visek is talking about a non-partisan "enhancing democracy" group with a first meeting on July 17.
Membership mailing
Trey has put out a draft, hasn't been reviewed by everyone. Target date is "sooner, rather than later" (end of July). List will be our members + primary voters + lapsed members. Include a membership form with the pieces for lapsed members. Joe will assemble list and make mailing labels. Trey will estimate cost and will format the letter. CC will approve. Susan will look for a venue for a fundraising event September 6 or 7 that can be announced in the mailing.
Brochure
There have been "hiccups". Walter's district # is wrong. with minor fix, will go ahead.
GPUS and state literature
Need more ILGP literature, will pick up at the convention. GPUS merch has not been delivered (tabling kit), Susan will try to get it at the convention and will try to pick up more than what we ordered.
Sweet corn festival
Friday-saturday aug 22-23. Must do both days. Deadline for application is July 18th. $75. we'll tell them that we'll stay until sundown.
County fair
We will be tabling during high-traffic times at the county fair. july 25th is "green party day" at the county fair. Candidates can talk to the crowds from the main stage. it'll be right before or possibly during the demolition derby. Trey will coordinate the volunteer schedule for the table. Entrance fee is $5. We get two free tickets a day. Susan and Joe offered to cover the entrance fee for people who have to pay. Tom will send out complete information about the fair to the list.
Campaign planning
Campaign planning meeting at 6:30pm on July 14th @ crane alley.

Needs missing minutes, updated officers. Walter suggested adding an events calendar and pictures of Prairie officers.
